Arch. Daniela Fallas

PARTNER

With over a decade of experience in residential architecture and building renovation, Daniela brings a deep well of knowledge and passion to OCHO Conscious Architecture. In 2011, she honed her skills in heritage restoration in the South of France through a professional internship in Varage and Aix-en-Provence. Inspired by her success, Daniela turned her attention to the unique landscapes of Costa Rica, earning a postgraduate degree in Landscape Architecture in 2016. Since founding OCHO alongside Luther, she has been crafting visionary designs and managing projects as Senior Architect, blending her creativity with the beauty of the tropics.

Luther graduated with honors from the School of Architecture in 2016. Not long after, he co-founded OCHO Conscious Architecture with Daniela, driven by a shared vision for sustainable and community-centered design. As the Design Leader, he collaborates closely with Daniela to steer the architecture department, continually expanding his expertise in creative thinking and business development. For Luther, OCHO’s core values reflect a larger commitment—one of nurturing a world where his two children can grow, thrive, and flourish in harmony with nature and their community.
